An established electrical contractor with an impressive portfolio of commercial and industrial projects is looking to add an experienced Electrical Engineer to its growing engineering team.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, practical and compliant electrical designs that support successful project outcomes. Working alongside Project Managers, Estimators and Construction teams, you'll be involved from tender through to final delivery, ensuring designs are buildable, commercially viable and delivered on schedule.
This position offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while building your career within a business that values engineering excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement. The role includes producing electrical calculations, CAD drawings, design documentation, supporting tender reviews and maintaining compliance with Australian Standards throughout project delivery.
Salary & Benefits
- $120,000 – $160,000 + Super (Pending experience)
- Stable Monday to Friday position

- Deliver detailed electrical designs for commercial and industrial construction projects
- Produce calculations, single-line diagrams, layouts, CAD drawings and 3D models
- Review project documentation and ensure compliance with Australian Standards
- Support project teams with technical advice throughout construction
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to meet project deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years' experience in electrical design within the construction industry
- Experience using electrical design software and AutoCAD/Revit or similar platforms
- White Card, Australian Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights
- RPEQ registration or the desire to obtain it will be highly regarded
